 Disclosure of the brokerage or agency relationship, under which the licensee will be working with you, must be made to you at the earliest practicable opportunity during or following the first substantial contact with you as the buyer, or prospective buyer, unless you have already entered into a written brokerage relationship with another licensee.
Licensees have a Nebraska Real Estate Commission prepared and approved disclosure pamphlet entitled 'Brokerage Relationships in Real Estate Transactions' that will explain more fully the brokerage relationships available and the duties and obligations of licensees in each relationship.
