LISTING PRICE


In listing a property for sale, one of the most important services a licensee can perform for the seller is suggesting a listing price for the property. This suggested price is arrived at after careful inspection of the property and after comparing it with past sales of comparable properties and existing properties that are on the market. This process is called a market analysis .

It should be noted that a market analysis is not the same as a fee appraisal performed by a licensed or certified appraiser.
