Marketing Your Property

After entering into a listing agreement to sell your property, it becomes the responsibility of your broker and the affiliated licensee who listed your property to market your property using the expertise they have acquired through education, experience and knowledge gained while in the real estate business.

A part of the marketing process will probably include advertising your property in the media available and showing your property to prospective buyers. With your written permission a sign can be placed in your yard advertising the property for sale. It is the broker's and the 'listing' licensee's responsibility to make sure that all marketing is carried out with a high decree of ethics and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, rules and regulations and ordinances.
